The Gardner Museum Wants You!
The Gardner Museum is looking for a few good volunteers!
Be a part of a historic and fascinating place! The Gardner Museum
of Architecture and Design, 332 Maine, is looking for volunteers
who love history. Constructed in the Romanesque Revival style
of architecture, this structure was built in 1888 as the Quincy
Free Public Library. The Museum still retains an extensive collection
of architectural books and related materials available to researchers,
with a commitment to community education.
Most volunteers serve as Greeters/Docents during the gallery
hours, but others
may be needed to serve as researchers and archival assistants.
